Recent media reports suggested that a hacker successfully gained entry to the National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS). The reports in question were apparently based on the fact that someone had left a comment on one of the pages within the eNaTIS public Web site (this site).  The suggestion that the eNaTIS was hacked is laughable since the eNaTIS public Web site is not connected to the eNaTIS in any way. This was a deliberate design choice.
