Don't pay your vehicle licence renewal early - 2007/07/25 00:21
My vehicle licence expires 31 July 07. I went and renewed it today, 24 Jul and guess what? You get cheated by a month. It now expires 30 June 08 instead of 31 July 08, but they charge you for the full year. How rediculous is that?
