Help - 2008/08/06 16:41 I need help. My brother in-law was due to take over my vehicle in 2006 he took the vehicle without written consent and then wrote the vehicle off.The car was taken to a scrap yeard and has since been there. How do I go about handling this so that I route all fines and problems to him.
I also wish to scrap the vehicle as its been out of use since 2006.

Re:Help - 2008/08/09 03:14 It is strange that fines would still be issued to you for a scrapped vehicle. Every person accused of an offence has to write a representation to the authority that issued the notice.
A vehicle is scrapped by completing form ADV, available on http://www.enatis.com/index2.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_view&gid=56&Itemid=26 and submitting the form, acceptable identification and the registration certificate to your appropriate registering authority. If the licence expired, the licence has to be made valid up to the date of scrapping.
