racist johan from bethal traffic dept - 2008/06/03 23:14 i called bethal license department to book for my driving license yesterday.they said they had space.because of the distance between ermelo and bethal and i had to hike 56 kilometer's.when i got there they said they need copy of an id at that time i did not have but brought my passport with im a south africa.but that racist person johan thats his name.sent me back to ermelo to fecth my copy of an id.i did exactly what he asked. came back but after i did he then annoucent that the is no longer a space available this month.now tell me is that right.[size=4][/size]

Re:racist johan from bethal traffic dept - 2008/06/06 06:20 I suggest that you lodge a formal complaint with the provincial department, see the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of the page. The authority's argument may be that 1) it is a legal requirement to apply in person with your original RSA ID and 2) that a booking can only be made after a complete application has been processed, which is also a legal requirement and that they can thus not be held responsible for the fact that other applicants filled the available slots while you went back to fetch your ID.
