Incorrectly issued traffic fines - 2008/07/29 00:19
Some person is driving with my number plates on his car. What gets me is the fact that the traffic department will still issue the fine, regardless if the vehicle matches the plate number. They will send a second demand and when I lodge a representation there is no response. After calling and 3 months later I received the result from the representation:'Unsuccessful and prosecution will be proceeded with.' Can't these people read or even distinguish between, literally a black Ford double cab and a white Tata hatch? The fines total thousands. What am I to do?
