 The National Traffic Information System is fully available nationally. However, the following service centres are experiencing line connectivity issues:
- Amanzimtoti registering authority
- Babelegi
- Kimberley
- Kokstad
- Umbumbulu post office
- Winburg
- Mhlabuyalingana driving licence testing centre
