Across-the-board gains for eNaTIS in January |
|
Following the festive hiatus traditionally experienced during December each year, National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS) transaction volumes showed major increases in virtually all of the main transaction categories during January 2010. The total number of transactions rose from 14 877 821 in December 2009 to 16 146 480 in January 2010, an increase of 8,53%.

Close to 20 million more eNaTIS transactions in 2009 |
|
A staggering 177 276 032 transactions were performed on the National Traffic Information System in 2009. This represents an increase of 12.67 % compared to 2008 (157 340 912 transactions). The system handled the workload without breaking a sweat, and excellent transaction speeds were maintained as was virtually 100% system uptime during business hours.

More vehicle introduction transactions in November |
|
In November 2009 the National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS) recorded 20.86% more vehicle introductions than in the preceding month (61 590 as opposed to 50 960). This also represents a 9.26% increase compared to November 2008.

eNaTIS approaches 17 million mark |
During October 2009, 16 708 459 transactions were performed on the National Traffic Information System (eNaTIS) – the highest number for a single month since the system’s inception in April 2007. The system dealt effortlessly with the massive demand and processed 96.5% of all transactions in less than two seconds. As has been the case since launch, excellent stability and uptime were maintained.
